At Corium, we are committed to customer satisfaction. All products are checked for quality and size through a rigorous quality assurance and control system. In the rare case that our product(s) fail to meet expectations, customers may avail the following warranty facilities:

• We offer a warranty through full replacement due to major material and/or workmanship defects, or by repair of minor material and/or workmanship defects.
• Major defects include:
  • Sole abrasion or cracking
  • Upper tearing, sock material cracking, or insole cracking
  • Ornaments, trims, elastic, zippers, and buckles failure where repair is not possible
• Minor defects include:
  • Upper polishing variances
  • Sole bonding issues
  • Lace tearing
  • Hand stitch failures
  • Buckle or buckle elastic replacement
  • Velcro replacement
  • Trims, rivets, and eyelets cracking or removal
• Customers can avail warranty within 60 (sixty) days of delivery.
• Replacement will be made with product(s) of the same or higher value, subject to price difference.
• Repairs will be completed within 10 working days of placing the claim.
• A valid online purchase receipt/invoice is mandatory to claim warranty.
• Warranty claims must be initiated through customer care within 60 days of delivery.

Special Terms:

• Special terms apply to all orders, exchanges, warranties, and guarantees.
• During any sales campaign, delivery will be made within 5 working days inside Dhaka, and 10 working days outside Dhaka after order confirmation.
• Customers may exchange, replace, or repair a product only once under the conditions stated above, as advised by customer care.
• No cash refunds are allowed under any circumstance.
• Products purchased during discounts or sales campaigns are not eligible for exchange, replacement, or repair.
• Warranty and guarantee are applicable only for reasonable and intended use. Claims resulting from misuse, poor maintenance, neglect, abuse, improper installation or care, normal wear and tear, soaking in water, burns, or shrinkage will not be accepted.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to product/service availability, pricing errors, or any suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• We are not liable for incomplete purchases or any resulting loss due to order cancellation.
