What Do We Do !

In case of claiming, the customer who has purchased Corium product, can go to specific shop from where the purchase has been done for product claim. The store manager will settle the claim according to the regular claim policy. If the specific product is not available, the store manager may send the product to the warehouse for the claim and warehouse will send a new product to that store for settlement after checking the product according to the claim procedure.
