Exchange Policy
- Customers can request an exchange for their purchased item in fresh/unused condition within 2 days of receiving the delivery. After 2 days, Corium will not accept any exchange request.
- To initiate an exchange, customers must email info@coriumshoes.com with the product image and invoice attached for reference.
- Exchange requests will not be accepted through the hotline. All requests must be made via email to ensure proper record-keeping.
- The exchange process may take up to 15 working days from the date the email is received.
- Products purchased online cannot be exchanged at retail stores.
- Each product is eligible for one-time exchange only, with the same product(s) and SKU(s).
- Customers must provide the online purchase invoice along with the original shoe box and packaging for the exchange to be valid.
- All delivery costs related to the exchange will be borne by the customer.
- Customers must send the product to the Corium office/warehouse within 5 days of receiving email confirmation from Corium for a quality check.
- Exchange will only be processed if the returned product is received in fresh/unused condition by Corium’s E-commerce warehouse or logistics partner.
- If the requested product size is unavailable after the quality check, the customer may choose a different product of equivalent value.
- If Corium’s QC team declares the product is not in saleable condition, the same product will be returned to the customer.
- No cash refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
- Returns are not accepted for any purchased product(s).
